Rare's second first-person shooter, and this is better than even Goldeneye!! That says alot! This time, instead of James Bond, you are "Joanna Dark" an agent who works for Daniel Carrington.

Gameplay

Gameplay is Awesome!! This thing has a MUCH better multiplayer mode than Goldeneye! Action is pretty much the same, but you can choose all the weapons that you use in multiplayer mode, you can add up to 8 simulants (very nice!) The sims range from meat (just shoot them like meat) to perfect (in MOST ways, perfect!) 33 different weapons add lots of variety, and you get ranked by being better than the other people. The one player mode is virtually the same as goldeneye, except the areas are bigger, and sometimes it is a little bit harder. New players might not be able to figure out how to complete one of the objectives on secret or perfect agent (like me), but it just takes persistance and skill. Don't worry, sooner or later, you'll get it. I give it:10/10

Graphics

Perfect Dark makes use of the N64 Expansion Pak, so the graphics are pretty good. There are some nice visual effects during the intro and the ending. Some explosions are also bigger. Thats a good thing! Definately a 9.5/10

Music

It's got some decent music. The music follows in the footsteps of Goldeneye. Nice tunes that really set the set of where you are. You can even select the tunes you want to play during multiplayer battles. 9/10

Replay

Hmmmmm. 2nd Best multiplayer game ever??? The ability to battle your friends with 33 choices of weapons and other cool stuff adds a lot to the replay value. You could probably play this game a lot on 1-player, but after you beat the game numerous times on Perfect Agent and the get all the cheats and get totally awesome misson times, 1-player loses it affect. In fact, you can even use several controllers, and play the single-player missions while working with or even against your friends! After that, multiplayer fits quite nicely. A well deserved 10/10

Story

Aliens. Every time it's aliens!! I'll put the whole stort on here later. 9/10

Conclusion

I LOVE this game! This game is 2nd in the multiplayer category only to Super Smash Bros. The compilation of Story, Music, Replay, Gameplay, and Graphics make this game AWESOME. If you have a chance to get this game, GET IT! The FINAL score: 98%
