1.You can get 5 rupees by jumping over the stones in kokiri forest.

2.You can get 5 more rupees by walking to the right of the counter in the
store in kokiri forest.

3.If you look into the window to the right of where you meet Zelda for the
first time, you can see pictures of Yoshi,Mario,Bowser,Princess Toadstool, 
and Luigi.

4.You get 50 rupees from enemies when you kill them with the light arrows.

5.You get 5 rupees when you jump over each of the fences at Lon Lon ranch.

6.You can get 60 rupees by walking up the chains that hold up the gate of 
Hyrule Castle and playing the sun song. When you do, walk across the top 
of the gate and you will get 3 red rupees.

7.When you play the Song of Storms by the buds of the plants you planted, 
it sprouts up and 3 fairies pop out.

8.You can roll into trees and get stuff.

9.You can catch the fishing pond guy's hat when you are Adult Link.

10.When you shoot the decorative skulls in the Gerudo Fortress with arrows,
stuff pops out.

11.When you cut down a sign and play Zelda's Lullaby by it, the pieces will come back together again.

12.If you shoot Epona through the head with arrows, she makes that horse noise.

13.If you jump into the pot on top of the fireplace in the Gerudo Fortress, you will get 20 rupees.

14.You can run over and kill stuff with Epona. 

15.If you stand in front of the running man after you give hinm the bunny mask, you'll get thrown out of the way while blinking red, but you won't get hurt.

16.If your Deku shield burns away, the next treasure chest with a non-essential or not special item in it will have a Deku shield in it.

17.If you play Epona's song near a cow, it will give you milk.

18.If you shoot a Gossip Stone with an arrow, it will start to spin and then stretch up and sproing back down again.

19.If you bomb a Gossip Stone it will blink blue three times, then red once and then shoot off like a rocket.

20.If you hit the Gossip Stone while it is a different color, it will stay that color.

21.You can get more than 100 gold skulltula tokens! All you have to do is go to the place where the skulltula is down a hole. Kill the gold skultula. Stand by the warp tile that you use to get out of the hole and throw the boomerang to get the token.

Just before it gets to you, backflip onto the warp tile and catch the boomerang in midair. You will warp out of the hole and still have the token, but when you go back in, the skulltula will still be there and you can kill it again.

22.You can get more than 4 bottles! All you have to do is get an empty bottle and swing it at a fish. Just before you catch it, push start and put another item in the place of the bottle. When you go back to the game, the item will have turned into a fish in a bottle! Be careful though, because the item you put in place of the bottle will become a bottle itself!
